Weekly Showcase Wednesday!

We are just about halfway through the fall term already!  There were so many awesome projects turned in by Ravenclaws in the last few days of September that this week's showcase will focus on September classes and the most recent Quidditch round.  We'll get to October classes next time around!

The Mallet of Sanity was sent running all over the Tower at the end of September, but these 'Claws successfully outran it, earning the Pickle of Sanity Badge, awarded for achieving the seemingly unattainable!


bijou3owl spun an incredible 2885 yards of singles, and then plied them into a sweater quantity of laceweight for Feeding of Magical Creatures!



DrusillaWormwood knit an amazing 1188 yards into a cardigan for Feeding of Magical Creatures!



greenegirl crocheted 18 dishcloths (an unbelievable 1065 yards) for Feeding of Magical Creatures, and then did it again (another unbelievable 1365 yards) for Safe Handling of Magical Creatures!



Mauri decided to take on the seemingly impossible task of converting a colorwork cowl pattern into a double-knit pattern, which required her to figure out the charting of the letters in both directions, for Feeding of Magical Creatures!



IggyLinda knit an entire 1500 yard sweater for Potions!




That brings September to a close!!  Congratulations to all the badge winners!  I can't wait to see what October has in store...  See you again in two weeks!
