Calling All Quidditch Fans!
As Match 2 draws to a close, we find the mighty Badgers in a very strong first place position, with the other three houses in a virtual tie for second. The Eagles are right in the thick of it.
Come on, Ravenclaw Chasers!!! For those of us working on a big project, this weekend is the perfect time to finish it up! For those who haven't started something yet, this match is a great place for a small project. We are practicing our Flipendo Charm by:
- Using repeating patterns or colors in a project to demonstrate repeated use of the charm, or
- Creating something grey/smoke coloured or light and lacy to represent turning a Hinkypunk into a puff of smoke.
We have some great project bundles and help available over in the Quidditch thread. There will be bonus points for both awesomeness and yardage.
Our Flying Horse Squads have an uneven balance right now, with Abraxans and Granians tied for first, and Aethonans and Thestrals tied for third.
Quidditch points can give us the extra oomph we need for a fourth consecutive House Cup victory, so let's mount our mighty steeds and SOAR!!!!!
Thanks for that update, greenheron! We're still in the running for this, fellow 'Claws! Let's see how many goals we can score before this round ends on October 10!
