Spring 2014 Progress: Pie and Other Noms

It's almost mid-July (yes, yes it is!) and the deadline to return from an Order of the Phoenix mission is

midnight Princess Onica Time, the end of the day,

TOMORROW, Sunday, July 13

Ravenclaw's Advanced Studies have been in full swing throughout the term, and July marks the culmination of weeks of hard work:

Two intrepid NEWTons have completed their extensive research (and 13 others are still in the library -- good luck, nerds!). Akasha111182 hatched five eggs (avian and reptilian) and Nightrae hatched three dragon eggs:

Akasha111182's COMC/Transfiguration NEWT

Nightrae's COMC/DADA NEWT

Advanced Studies doesn't have a monopoly on larger projects, of course; the Quidditch finals are in full swing, with 69 Claws flying on their 450+ projects:

If you're still eligible to participate in the finals, remember to tag your post with your chosen country and RQ18Finals for RAVENCLAW! Two Claws have already SOAR!ed to Quidditch glory with their stellar spinning: congratulations on going the distance, SarahTheEntwife and Sadielou!

Thanks to BLANKET SQUARE TERM! and the prefects' remarkable Blanket the House Cup! challenge, Ravenclaw has had a better classwork showing than ever before:

Who will win the House Cup this term?  At this point, it's really anyone's game -- such a close race:

**all graphs were made by llim, because she is awesome**

Special shout-outs to the fabulous firsties who are doing awesome things in crafting and supporting each other, under the watchful eyes of their Big Eagles and Mama Eagle herself, the incomparable GazeboGal!
