Last term, as always, Ravenclaws went all out to compete, create, and do their best for the house. They knit and crocheted for hours to produce beautiful projects, but sometimes they forgot to rest. They worked on their OWLs and class work while also holding down jobs, attending school, and caring for families. Sometimes real life brought unexpected stresses and sad events, or the lofty goals that had been set seemed no longer in reach, but still they carried on. And at the end of term, many people felt triumphant—and also a bit exhausted. This is all supposed to be fun, right?
Before the start of the next term, we want to pause to bring you Diadem Days—a week-long feature on the blog that’s meant to remind you to treat yourself royally. Each day’s post will bring you ideas for self-nurturing, plus any Ravenclaw who was enrolled last term will be eligible for the daily prize drawing by leaving a comment on the blog. We hope Diadem Days will help you feel appreciated, loved, and ready to face the fall term with energy and balance.
