Common IT fixes were shared, including: making sure it's plugged in, touching it, and asking someone else to look at it.

Fear of cables.  Fear of steeking.  Offers of support and hand-holding for either or both prospects.

Purple highlights/hair are strongly encouraged.  Unnaturally purple food?  Not so much.  

Also encouraged: blue hair, orange hair, green hair, funky hair cuts ... Whatever makes you happy!
